Contrasts: Townships to Wineries
We loved Franschoek so much the first time, we decided to take Gail back there. By 9:30 in the morning, we had made our way to our first winery. It was a lovely day, driving through the mountains and tasting plenty of wine. The contrast between the township tour and the wineries was a stark reminder of the disparities here.

Wow! How cool that Gail has come to visit--tell her we said "hello!" I have caught up on all your blogs and photos and am so impressed. Some time I'll send you an email to catch you up on your cousins' lives. The marital barbecue was a big success and VERY well attended. Karaoke went on and on and on into the wee hours. We left and stayed elsewhere. :-) Will and Vanessa are now traveling throughout Europe for who knows how long. Meg and Brett just returned from their very special 5-year anniversary trip.
